9500gt or gt220 or ati

Hi i am looking forward to buying a new graphics card and i want to know which graphics card is better between 9500gt and gt220
also is there a good ati card in the same price range
dont tell me to to extend the price range cos i cant
i want game on my 17" lcd at 1024*768
system specs are
dual core@ 2.6 ghz
2gb ram

also what is the diff between ddr2 and ddr3 ram on a gpu and how to know which ur system can support

ok i have another problem
my psu is 250w that came with my acer cpu
its current on +12v rails is 10+6 a
also the motherboard has pcie 1.1 slot

so out of 9500gt, gt220, hd 4650, hd 4670 which would be compatible

ok, your psu is VERY limited. maybe just go with the 5570 ddr5 version. wouldnt bother with the 4xxx series, maybe too much power consumption for your feeble PSU.

lol my budget cant go beyond gt220, so please tell me the exact maximum power consumption of
gt220, 9500gt, hd4650, hd 4670
