There are plenty of z77 motherboards that can run SLI/CF, but for under $150 it just depends on where and when you buy it.

Just look for a board that has two PCIe 3.0x16 slots. This means it can run SLI/CF, even if it is just at x8/x8 speeds (which is equivalent to PCIe 2.0 x16/x16).

The Asrock Z77 Extreme4, or Asus P8Z77V-LK are good examples.
