Newbie Looking for basic system budget 400

Hi guys, I am trying to build new computer. Just using for mutimedia (downloadings +watching movies). Don't care much about gaming. Only must is usb 3.0 as i have external hard drive which is usb 3.0 and i want to make use of it. I am open for both amd and intel.

Approximate Purchase Date: this week

Budget Range: 400 CND before taxes

System Usage from Most to Least Important: surfing internet, heavy downloading but require usb 3.0

Parts Not Required: keyboard, monitor, mouse, cd drive

Well check out my $450 build in my siggy. That'll be fine, just drop the graphics card and you're good to go. I recommend buying from Canada Computers since they're cheaper.

Just save some money off the bat and don't get that OCZ PSU. OCZ hardly honors their MIRs so I wouldn't trust "40$ AR". A 500w is sufficient, even more than enough. You probably only need a 430w.
