Multiple Graphics Cards with Dx9 and 11

Hey,

So in my current setup I have 3 monitors and a TV hooked up to a 275gtx and an 8800 GTX Ultra. I use one screen for gaming and the two on the sides for music and such. The screens on the sides are different resolutions than the screen I use for gaming.

My question is, if I were to get a dx 11 card like a 460 or something, could I run dx 11 games on the main monitor even though the other screens are running off a dx 11 card? The cards would not be in sli.

Thanks

if your GTX460 is your primary card then you will be able to play dx11 titles on your main monitor. you can use the other for physx or for sake of using extra monitor only.
