GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 cannot update BIOS w/ ivy bridge

Hey everyone, A friend purchased the Gigabyte Ga-Z68x-UD3H-B3 mobo and a 3770k but he gets a reboot loop since he cant update the bios to f11 to work with ivy bridge. Anyone know of a solution?

Hi. Same problem her. Was eager to assemble my new build w/ the same kombination mobo and cpu like your friend's. Startet the system and had the touch bios screen on the monitor for a couple of seconds without being able to access it. Then restart and so on. Thought I had screwed up, but after googling I found out I wasn't the only one having this problem. Since I do not have a spare 2.gen I7-cpu or know anyone who does, I just disassembled the whole build and I am going to ask for another mobo from ASUS or a refund.
