6950 PROBLEM?????? HELP

So I just put in my new XFX 1GB 6950 Video Card. I am looking at it in CCC and it says GPU Clock 250 MHz and Memory Clock 150 MHz. Im pretty sure there supposed to be higher right?? High performance GPU Clock settings at 830 MHz and High Performance Memory Clock is at 1300 MHz. Is that purely something at idle??

I fixed it guys. I deleted all of the old drivers and CCC and re-installed....something went wrong first time around.

To Add, OMG, this freaking card is awesome!!!! Very quiet and cool with 2 fans. Blows away my 4870 in performance and in noise from the fan. Man, super quiet.
