GA-Z77MX-D3H LGA 1155 or GA-Z68XP-UD3

I am confused which motherboard to buy the GA-Z77MX-D3H or GA-Z68XP-UD3 both are at the same price I am not looking for overcloack but I just got a deal of both coupled with i5 2500k and GTX 480 I know no need for the k but it coasts me less than than i5 2500k (I am building this for games like crysis 2,BF 3,FIFA,....).Any help would be apreciated.Thanks in advance

Personally, I would go with the Z77 now. The Z68 is a great chipset, but I would aim for the UD4 or higher revision if I was buying.

The Z77 has a GUI BIOS too...
