Budget Build around i7-2600k

Hello, I've had the extreme fortune of having a friend get me a i7-2600k for a dirt cheap price which I cannot refuse to upgrade from my current e2180 build. I plan to slowly upgrade over time but will currently be recycling the following components
-Nvidia Geforce 9800GT
-antec 500w PSU
-500gb seagate harddrive

I need assistance in choosing the motherboard, I was looking at

I am trying to keep costs down. What do you guys think?

id probably go with this one:

because it is also inexpensive, but gives you the option of crossfire/sli at a later date. if youre pretty certain thats not going to happen, its a perfectly good board.

i would recommend you check out directcanada's prices as well for anything you are buying
