I might be moving to United Kingdom so I will not be able to take my old PC with me + my old pc is not that good, CPU and GPU are pretty old.
Okay so I found this website "DinoPC" and the feature to customize your own PC.

My budget would be around 350 - 420 pounds, wouldn't like to spend more than that if not neccessary.

For 410 pounds I setup a PC with these specs:

Motherboard - Asus M4N68T-M
CPU - Amd Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition (3,2 Ghz)
CPU Cooler - Not sure if I should get one?
OS - I was thinking about Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit (not included in the price)
Ram - 4GB DDR3 1333mhz (2x 2GB)
Hard Drive - 500GB S-ATAII 3.0Gb/s
Optical drive - 22x DVD±RW DL S-ATA (the cheapest one)
Graphics Card - ATI Radeon HD 6850 1GB
PSU - 500W Xigmatek

My main question would be about the GPU. Firstly I was thinking of getting a slightly better CPU and the HD 6790 card, but then I found out that 6850 is much better and only costs 13 pounds more than 6790.
So what should I do? Get better CPU and worse card or the opposite?

And also is the PSU good enough? That website automaticly tells if some details may not work together and I didn't get a message like that with this setup, so I am guessing it would be fine? Even in the AMD page it says that it should be around 450 - 500W

for the CPU cooler : kinda depends i think if you want to OC it at a later time
PSU : i would suggest taking one with higher Watt ( for the fututre) but that's just me

Ok, thanks. And what about the PSU? Is it going to be enough if I don't overclock?

i'm not an expert on PSU wattage but i think 500W would suffice , IF you don't add any more power demanding hardware ( disks , GFX card) other wise i would suggest upgrading that one but for your current RIG , that should do

Considering how good performance it has on most of youtube's videos, there will be no need to get a new graphics card for a long time. Well I guess it would be fine because they guys at DinoPC put the pc together at the store and only then ship it, so I assume that they also test it...

if you let it assemble at a store there's nothing to worry about , i believe they will thoroughly test the PC and then ship it to you.

have fun with your new RIG!
