-CORSAIR Gaming Series GS800 800W ATX12V v2.3 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC High Performance Power Supply

-SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

-GIGABYTE GA-890GPA-UD3H AM3 AMD 890GX HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

-ASUS Black 24X DVD+R 8X DVD+RW 12X DVD+R DL 24X DVD-R 6X DVD-RW 12X DVD-RAM 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-R 32X CD-RW 48X CD-ROM 2MB Cache SATA 24X DVD Burner - Bulk - OEM

-CORSAIR CWCH60 Hydro Series H60 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler

Also, what else do I need to get in order to have the PC fully operational?

Solution
Maybe get slightly better PSU like Corsair TX.
And drop that H60, you are better with air cooling in this price range.
If you really want to watercool, be ready drop at least 160-200$ on it and get XSPC Rasa 750 RX240 or Rasa 750 RX360.

I can spend up to $1300. I want to be able to run games like Crysis 2, BFBC2, Skyrim and BF3 (I know the specs for the last two have not been published) as high as possible
