I am looking to buy a motherboard that is really good for overcloking but it hast to be below $140

I am getting a Gigabyte Geforce GTX 670 2GB overclocked
I also am getting a I5 3570K

there really is only one choice if you staying below 140.

But if you go up $20 you get many, many more choices.
