Advice on Buying Windows 7

I am building a custom pc on my own and is looking to aquire a version of windows 7 proffesional at a cheap price. I have located one website, "discountmountian" and was questioning its legitimacy. I am also open to any suggestions and ideas on how to get a cheap version of windows 7.

is the sp1 a service pack download? I need an actual disk so I can install on my new clean hdd. And the student discounts only applie to upgrades, and no i have no previous install disks.
