Looking for graphics card for i3 2100

I am looking for a best fit graphics card for i3 2100, and would be able to play most of game in 1920x1080 resolution

I have been searched over internet for quite a while , and still can't get a clue.
Please advise

the 'best' graphics card is an AMD Radeon HD 6990... but it also costs over $700...

please be specific on how much money you're planning on spending... and also your exact power supply model + specs
