Who makes the best graphics cards.

Just want to know what company is top of the line when it comes to radeon graphic cards. I'm building my own rig and i would consider myself a casual gamer. i don't have the monitor yet. I was looking into purchasing a ati radeon 6870 card. so I just want to know who the most popular manufacturer.

Powercolor
HIS and Sapphire are liked too although I've never had one of theirs myself.

No particular order.
I suggest you go $20 further or so and grab an HD5870, they are proved to be better in everyway (with the exception of tesselation) than the 6870s.
