My First Core i5 Build - Any Help Please?

OK, To start off I really cant say one thing that this computer will be used for. Its going to be used for a number of task including gaming, so I want this machine to be able to play all the new games and also the usual like internet and office work. This is my first build ever so its probably guna need alot of improvements.

CPU - Intel Core i5 2500k (I will be overclocking)

YOur chosen MB is fine *if* you are sure you will *never* desire to run a pair of video cards in SLI or Crossfire; choose this option carefully, as the ability to increase framerates by 80% with a 2nd GPU is quite valuable for gaming...

With GTX460's down as low as $120-$130, I'd think this over carefully....
