Radeon HD 4350 or Geforce 7300 GS?

I have an old Pentium 4 system and I'm trying to get the best HD and gaming performance out of it before I get a new comp. I have 2 graphics cards and I'm not sure which one gives better performance.

Radeon HD 4350
512MB DDR2
(no fan)

GeForce 7300 GS
256MB DDR2
(fan)
