Catalyst CC Driver Issue

Hi everyone,

When i start up my computer, i see the CCC logo in my system tray.
But when i move my cursor over it, it dissapears, not so bad, but wait....

I can't adjust my fan speeds, clock speeds with CCC because its not even running,
and when i start it up my screen flickers and my drivers restore themselves. (black screen, flickering, and aero gets disabled)
When it stops flickering it just starts again (its an infinite loop) so my drivers keep crashing because i opened CCC.

This forces me in resetting my pc....

I am using the latest version of catalyst, 5850 twin frozr @ 775/1125, win7 32 bit, phenomII 965 @ stock

Uninstall the drivers, run driversweeper and install latest CCC (11.2 I believe).

I already tried reinstalling my drivers, but not completely (drivesweeper)
