Honk his nose and pull his underwear over his head.

TIP: A frontal assault won't work with a Spear Stabber -- you'll just
get stabbed. Instead, approach and double-jump over him so that you can
attack from behind. It should only take two or three attacks to
dispatch him. If necessary, back away and jump over him again.

When he falls to the ground, remember to press 'B' so you drain his
corpse.
