Component Stores in New York?

Hi there, im from brazil and im going to visit new york for 9 days in september. I'm going to buy a full computer there but theres not a lot of big stores that i know. I just know Bestbuy, BH and JR. The problem is that i want to buy really good components like Radeon 6990 or GTX 590. I cant buy on newegg or other shipping stores bcause im afraid of be charged and leave the country before the package arrives. Theres any other phisycal stores that u guys know?

There are 2 microcenters in NY. They usually have better prices than most stores.

There are two Micro Centers in New York, one in Long Island and one in Yonkers. I've had no personal experience with them, but I have seen them recommended in these forums quite often.
