Best Low Power PCI-Express Graphics card

Hey Folks, I need your recommendation for a low power (85 Watts or so) graphics card for an old Pentium 4 PC. I need to drive two 2 digital displays (DVI with at least 1 HDMI output)-- not for gaming but for playing videos and projection. I would like to spend around $50 to $100.

Any modern card can drive 2 displays and play videos. What are you currently using and why isn't it sufficient?

It's an ancient card (ASUS EN7200GS) on an ancient box (Dell 5150 w/ Pentium 4). It's over 5 years old. It can support two monitors, but it crashes whenever we hook it up to our DLP projector (Vivitek D732MX).

I'd like to put in one of the nicer cards, but the power supply is only 305W.

Thanks, Rocky. I just ordered the Galaxy GeForce GT220 Video Card from Tiger Direct which has the $30 rebate. It's $65 (or $35 with the rebate).
