Parts just purchased:

EVGA 015-P3-1482-AR GeForce GTX 480 (Fermi) SuperClocked 1536MB 384-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI

Anybody see any conflicts with my purchased parts? Or maybe any recommendations or changes I should consider? I already purcahsed these components but if someone makes a good recommendation I will do a swap.

Also will this provide a good upgrade from my current unit?

My old stuff is for sale if anyone wants it.

how much is the 480?

all you need is 1600mhz ram. with 2133 there is no difference in gaming

Well the 480 I bought for my new system so I'm not selling that if thats what your asking.

It was like $330 with a mail in rebate from newegg.

^ Pretty bad deal. You got ripped sir. You should have gotten the 570 which performs better by a bit but has way better thermals, uses less power and has WAY less problems.

You don't need 2133 ram, it'll downclock to 1600, unless you bought that ram for $40 I'd return it. You wouldn't even see the difference from 1600 to 2133.

Ok so swap out the ram.

I'll have to look online at the 570. I didnt even consider that one.

GTX 480 is hot. Get GTX 570 instead. GTX 480 is running between 85 C to 92C(cooking machine). 92C fan speed is at 3000 RPM( loud)
GTX 5xx series use new cooling system call Vapor-Chamber Cooling . temperature between 38 c idle to 69 C. 69C fan speed is at 1300.
Your room gonna be hot if you use gtx 480
