There are not any Athlons that run at that frequency, it must be overclocked.

The Athlon is probably better, but i need more spesifics on it.

10600 RAM is DDR3 - 1333 MHz RAM, you can get it virtually anywhere!

Neither of them will have a motherboard that supports DDR3 RAM. Far as speed goes, the X2 is the faster CPU.
