http://www.msi.com/product/mb/P55A-Fuzion.html

VGA card
MSI GTS 450
http://www.amazon.com/MSI-Geforce-PCI-Express-Graphics-OC/dp/tech-data/B0044UHMOE/ref=de_a_smtd

CPU
INTEL i5-760 2.8Ghz (4 cores)

Hard drive
Samsung 1TB

Ram
2x2GB Adata
OR
2x2GB Kingston (hyperx)

Case
Gigabyte GZ-X5 (2 fans, steal)
http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=2711&dl=#kf

Power supply
Gigabyte superb 720w (610w continues, peak 720w)
http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=2793&dl=#kf

I won't be overclocking as I don't want to buy a stronger PSU or Heatsink or void warranty, this is already touching 1k $.

Any comments / suggestions about any part would be great

Thanks

You could say 1k is my budget unless something is already wrong with this build

I can see benchmark for GTS 450 handling most things at very good specs so and I am not a hardcore gamer or Professional designer, maybe some movie rendering

Case 40$ , PSU 99$

I reviewed your suggested build but anything better than what I have listed will come at higher prices (higher than mine) or is unavailable for me to get, I don't buy from newegg or Amazon , I buy locally , these imported goods are subject to Int. shipping and customs and so on.

Thanks for suggested build, are there problems with my build ? no I won't be using two cards.

ok I found a good question :)

It seems that MSI GTS 450 needs 38 AMP on the 12v cable and Gigabyte SuperB 720w is way than my need as a whole system using that card on load will consume almost 300w,

But Gigabyte superB 720w has 3 12v cables with 18 amp each !!!

My question is , will one cable feed the GPU with the needed 38 amp if I didn't use the other two ? or I have to get a PSU with 1-2 cable with 40-50 amp ?

I also have avialable ADATA 500w with 2 x 12v cable but no AMP info ...
