Assuming you're gaming, it looks fine. You've not listed a PSU? Give details of your budget too...helps us steer you in the right direction.

If you are gaming and OC'ing, I'd recommend a better CPU cooler. The Noctua D14, Prolimatech Super Megahalem if air or Antec H20 920 or Antec H20 620 for closed water loop.

Hyper-212 is fine for gaming...high 30s temps under load.
