Intel D2700MUD about DirectX and HD playback

I am buying Intel D2700MUD.
And want to use it as HTPC
I am not sure about its DirectX version and 1080p HD playback/ Blu ray playback capability.
I will use it with 2GB ram and Window 7 Professional.
MY main reason for this mobo is that it has 10 watt TDP.

the D2700 comes with GMA3650 GPU integrated. the GMA3650 apparently supports DX9 and is capable of DXVA.

but if you spend a few minutes googling around you'll find GMA (including 3650) doesn't always seem to produce satisfactory results with HD video playback.
if you want a low power HTPC look into AMD fusion APU or Atom & ION combo instead (my HTPC is an AMD E350 system, it plays HD video flawlessly).
