Hi:

I just ordered Broken Sword for cheap, and it looks interesting - I was
wondering what people here thought about it - I've never played the PC or
console versions.

If this is the game I think it is, there is a huge bug in the game that
prevents you from moving forward. You might want to check on this and find
out how to avoid it before you start playing.

Thanks - I read a review, I think on fourfatchicks.com - that highlighted
that bug, which I guess has to do with going to spain first or something ...
I'll keep an eye out.

Thanks,

Mike

Classic adventure games are more or less a rarity at these times. IF you
have a halfway decent PC, go get Broken Sword 2 and 3, they should be
pretty cheap. The games are very good, read some online review you can
find in google.

I absolutely love this game. It's too bad there aren't more like it for
the GBA. If you enjoy the old Sierra Adventure games you'll feel right
at home here. Terrific game!

I agree, I bought it because a friend said she'd played half of it on the
PlayStation. It was one of the best GBA games I've played for a long time.

Since completing it I've managed to get hold of the PC versions of Broken
Sword 2 and 3 and completed the second, but still halfway through the third.
