Hey Tom's Hardware Folks!

I am finally allowed to make a Gaming PC. But the thing is it's on a tight budget range.

Budget: ~$1000, I'm trying to get a fast machine that can be upgraded in the future and last me a while until I eventually have to upgrade the whole system to play the new games. Meaning, I want this machine to handle BF3/Metro 2033 on 60fps at 1920 x 1080 on High Settings with SLi/CrossFire.

Basically the more I save the better, I have been looking at so many deal sights to find affordable and good parts.

Uses: Gaming, Movies/Entertainment, Work/Study.

Preference: Wherever I can find good products for cheap prices. Whatever is good and cheap.

Origin: US.

Overclocking: Definitely.

SLi/CrossFire: Yes, hopefully in the future.

Build Time: ~1-2 weeks

So here's what I have so far:

CPU/MOBO COMBO: i5-2500k + BioStar Mobo (Click Link for More Details) PRICE = $268.48 (After Tax)
