How to turn on my webcam

Hello,
I have webcam in my system but i am not able to find it how to on it

you need the driver installed then a program to use the webcam

if you have win7 then windows default drivers will allready be installed, you need to install a program to use it

if you want to test without installing another program go on youtube abd go record vid, it should auto connect to webcam
