Hi,
My current system is:
e8400 @ 3Ghz
Hd 6870
Antec Sonata 3 case

I'm going to buy crossfire 6870 and a i2500k. I'm going to slightly overclock it to 3,6Ghz.
The problem is the psu .. Antec sonata 3 has a build-in psu: EarthWatts EA 500D Green power supply (80 PLUS® Bronze certified)
Is this enough? Got 1 hard drive and 1 ssd also.

Nope. An EA 500D is good enough for all but dual monster GPU's with a good OC but when you get two GPU's, then you need a PSU that is of high quality with at least 650w rating.

I recommend you sell that to someone or give it to someone or actually just keep it as a spare and get a new PSU that can actually do it safely.
