Hey I'm just getting a motherboard for my computer, it's a gaming computer, has an i5-2500k, probably looking to do crossfire in the future and maybe a bit of OCing, I just need a hand choosing between these two motherboards:

ASRock Z68 Extreme4 (I can get it for 115-120 with 2.5 years warranty)

and

Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD4-B3 (I can get it for 100 with about 2 years warranty)

Just wondering what you guys think is a better buy, the Gigabyte wouldn't have the receipt included but I was told by the seller I'd be able to RMA it with just the serial number on the board itself if any problems arose (is this true? if not I'll stick with the other board).

Yes, it true that serial number or bar code will do the work. I friend get warrent of a gpu which i sold to him without no paper. Service center just check the serial no.

If you trust him, then buy gigabyte mobo. Its very good for ocing.
