I can not get my Computer to Factory Settings?

I bought a used Clone PC and want to get it back to the factory settings. I don't have any discs.

Hello Sparkyrad;

Does that Clone PC have a hidden recovery partition on the hard disk?
Are you using WinXP? If so use Disk Management to look at your hard disk.
