Everything looks pretty good, I personally would make 2 changes.
-Grab 2 Samsung Spinpoint F3's as HDD's, same price and double the capacity. Also, they are faster than the WD's so there's another plus.
-Do you REALLY need that sound card? Nowadays, onboard sound is very good. Unless you have a very good speaker system or $200 headphones, you most likely won't hear any difference.

Other than that, nice build! Gonna be a super system.

Striker,

Thanks for the advice. I will look into the sammy Spinpoints. I already own that card and figure it would be put to a better use in my gaming system than my kids surfing the web system.. :)

Thanks!

Striker and CWU,

Am I missing something with those Spinpoints? They are sata 3 drives and the WD blacks are sata 6 drives. I am running in a raid0 config so I should have 1tb of space. Is it just hype or is sata6 not faster than sata3?

Thanks,

Sata III (6.0 GB/s) is indeed faster than Sata II (3.0 GB/s) but even the 3.0 GB/s will never be fully saturated by mechanical hard drives. Sata III really only has one use: SSD's. An SSD is many times faster than a mechanical hard drive, and many times they operate plenty fast on Sata II.

So, don't worry about that. It's a gimmick. It's like putting 12GB of ram in a mainstream laptop, they try to draw you in with big numbers.
