In three months, the game will change but it's never too early to start learning. Sorry for the US links but I cant help ya w/ Indian web sites.
CPU - If spending less than $800, AMD is in the picture, otherwise it's Intel's game.\
GPU - 580 rocks, but twin 560's do more for less money.
RAM - Those Vengeance sure do look cool, but they don't offer you anything but cool looks of the less expensive Corsair lines. Save the money and don't worry about the tall RAM heat sinks (Today's RAM doesn't need these big heat sinks) that will likely hit your CPU cooler.
PSU is a good choice.
Cooler - Noctua hasn't been at the top of the hill for a while.
===================================
MoBo / CPU - I still like the Asus WS Revolution / 2500k combo which you can get now for $440. NF200 chip gives you full x16 x16 GFX bandwidth on both cards in SLI / CF. Gigabyte has a comparable board but its way expensive and loses in a side by side comparison

Case / PSU - My 1st choice would be the Antec DF-85 paired with the CP-850 ($235 for both) for anything up to twin 570's. If ya go with the 580's, you'd need a CP-1000. 2nd Choice would be the HAF-X w/ the Corsair AX850 ($350 for the pair) or the HX1050....Forgetting that the Antec combo is $115 cheaper for the moment, having built several boxes with both, I'd take the Antec's at the same price.
jonnyguri says about the CP-850
"It is completely unmatched by any ATX unit on the market I can think of. You'd have to spend twice as much as this thing costs to find the next best thing, performance wise."

And silentpcreview just cant say enough about the Antec case / CPX form factor pairings

RAM - You''ll see dozens of articles claiming that faster RAM has little impact on fps (average frame rates) .... I wouldn't argue with them. Bit minimum frame rates OTOH, can often be impacted. You decide whether it's worth the investment.
DDR3-1600 seems to be the price / performance sweet spot.....at CAS 9, these $54 Mushkins are a nice buy.

CAS 7 is an extra $40 .... seems a lot by comparison but a 2% increase in system cost on a $2k box

I like the later as I have usually been able to OC to 1000MHz w/ adjusting voltages.
