GTX 570 or HD6970 ?

hey guys im just thinking about wat graphic cards i want and idk which is better soo can u please give me your opinions of wat to get please thanmkyou.

Both are good cards, but, if forced to choose one of the two you mentioned, without regard to pricing, I'd go for the the GTX570...

(The 6950-2 GB offers near-GTX570 performance but at only about the $230 price point...making it a relative bargain, IMO)

Some newer 6950s can't be be flashed, but, most can be unlocked and overclocked even if not reflashed.

Aweome level of performance at the $240 price point....

HD6970 is a wonderful card but i would go for a GTX570 just Ive never had a driver problem from nvidia.

Well, each company has its fair share of driver issues. I've never had much problems with AMD drivers since 11.4 on newer cards (own a 6850) so it's good to go.
On top of that, crossfire scales better than SLI. Ultimately, both are good. TS' pick
