G.SKILL F3-12800CL10Q-32GBZL chip size ?

Hi,

Does anyone know how many BGA chips per module are used in this 8Gx4 G.SKILL kit , is it :
- 2 sides of 8 chips of 512mb
or
- 2 ranks of 8 chips of 256mb on the 2 sides
... on each module to reach the big fat 8G per module.

The spec mention an height of 40mm so I'm not sure if dual-rank modules are possible.

Does someone know ?

Most G.Skill memory modules are 8 chips a side.
