Cpu running at 154 degrees how do i cool it

I have tried everything from a cooling fan to canned air I have had no luck I am on my laptop all day i need to find out how to cool it down

If that's the maximum load temperature, then it's good. How warm is the room?

that is cool for any laptop cpu. mine goes as high as 200* f

Thats only about 68C which isnt too high for a laptop under full load. You really arent going to get it too much lower without putting it on an ice block or something.

What made you think you had a problem?

The only way your temperature would be way too high would be if:
- the heatsink for your CPU was incorrectly mounted
- the CPU fan was dead or spinning at too low a speed

Modern CPU's should all have a circuit that shuts them off before they reach a temperature that would damage them.

It doesn't sound to me like you even have a problem.
