Hey guys i've been picking up hardware slowly for a new build i am doing i've got all the rest but the ram is what is
making it confusing for me as a lot of people are saying way too many different things.

Basically i been looking at getting 16gb or ram of the G.Skill Ripjaws 16gb 2133mhz ram

"G Skill 16G(4X4G) DDR3 2133MHZ PC3-17000 CL11(11Q-16GBZL)

But people are saying to me on other forums (which seems like bs to me but decided to ask ppl here who are maybe in the know how more so then them) That it is slow and its a bad idea and it affects power draw from the psu?

I just want ram that will work great with the rampage extreme iv and a i7 3930k

They say i should go for 1600mhz ram instead with lower latencies and 1.5v opposed to 1.6v?

So do i get these?
