Looks like you're good to go. The motherboard that comes with your CPU/Motherboard combo should have all the SATA cables you need to connect your peripherals (HDD/DVD Drive). The power supply should have alll the necessary power connections you need (main power, 12v power, SATA power, PCI-Ex16 power).

For your Antec NEO ECO 620C 620W Continuous Power ATX12V v2.3 / EPS12V 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply Antec states :

Note: No power cord included. By reusing your existing cord, you can reduce waste and help protect the environment.

So if you don't have an existing AC power cable you will have to purchase one.
