Randomly shutting down after installing card?

It looks like your PSU is not providing sufficient power for the card. It has two 12V rails rated at 22 Amps each. Problem is, it is recommended you have at least 40 Amps on the 12V Rail for higher end video cards like the 6850. Your computer is shutting down because your PSU is designed to shut down if it goes above 22 Amps on either of the 12V rails, which is what you are doing when demanding more GPU power from a game. Unfortunately I do not think you can combine power from both rails to give you the juice you need to power your video card, and you will have to get another PSU.

The same thing is happening with me currently but I checked my 650mm PSU with 46amps on the 12v from Kingwin and it should be up to par with my new card. I just installed a GTX 780 and according to the manufacturer's recommendations all I need is 600 min wattage and 42 amps on the 12. Should I be concerned about the quality of my PSU or could it be something else?
