Which video card is better for gaming.

I am building my first gaming computer and i am stuck between 2 video card,

I will be playing World of Warcraft and Guild Wars 2 when it comes out. also for 3d animation.(mudbox, 3ds max, maya)

I dont really have an exact date when i want to buy these it can be any time until around April 5, 2011.

My price range is really anything that will run WoW on high settings and still no lag that doesn't brake my balls.

the current power supply i am picking out is 500w (I have no clue if that is enough)

I am getting 4 GB of RAM

I don't care what website it is from, if its a good deal I am all for it.

I might overclock if able too. Might.

Does GTX 470 suitable on workstation HP Z400?

The two cards are very similar, i would have a personal preference for the 450 if it was myself buying. As said Nvidia cards like WOW.

Of the two go with the 5770. If you can spend a little more though get a GTX 460 768MB. Some places are selling them cheap since they are being phased out in favor of the slower Ti 550.
