Yeah i have checked the manual, bios verson is the first released, but im afraid ill destroy my motherboard if i try and update bios version.
You dont need to update bios. If you dont see any vcore setting then bios update will not give you that option. Just improve cpu support for same model and some feature(depending on manufacturer)
I have the Asrock G41M-VS3 R2.0 with the newest BIOS and it doesn't have the option to change the vcore. OCTuner doesn't have the option either (to be expected)
I was able to change vcore through pinmods but I don't recommend it.
