What Memory Should I Buy

I am a video editor and I want o upgrade my self built computer. I have an EVGA Classified Main board (141-BL-E760-A1 X58), an intel i7-980x Extreme processor and currently 12gb of Corsair Dominator GT Ram (CMG6GX3M3A2000C8 6).

I want to upgrade to 32gb, but am unsure what ram to buy as it appears that the new memory I am seeing is 4 channel which I don't believe the motherboard supports. It also seems that the latency on new memory isn't rated as high as what i currently have...what RAM would you suggest?
