Sense front connector failed realtek ac97

my problem is the next
the sound of my my pc dont work, is the same with the microfone and this is by the software realtek
This sends me an error when I test the sensitivity of the connector apparently the front panel and not how to fix it I've tried everything from PC format, open the cpu To verify if the cables and connections and I run out of ideas if anyone can help me I would appreciate. thanks

did you install audio driver that came with motherboard driver cd?
if so go to device manager and verify that driver has indeed been installed.

did you forgot to plug front panel's jack to the ac'97/HD socket on the motherboard?
