If you bought all these parts they should boot with no problem if that is what you are asking?

But there are better part choices if you have not bought them yet.

if you are open to ati the 5850 would be a really good choice over gtx460, performance and price wise both.
and if you dont plan to overclock and sli or crossfire then a 600watt psu will hold it very well...you dont need a 750 watt psu

And a 955 will overclock as well as (or nearly as well as) a 965 at a significant savings.
