Sony vaio won't turn on

Hello,
my sony vaio laptop will turn on. I have check the battery using another laptop and it works. I have also check the motherboard lock and unlock switch, it is on unlock. When I put power lead to charge the battery, the battery light come on, so it is charging. Please help
