Additional Comments: I'm a total newbie at computers which is why i want to start learning build and overclocking which is why i requesting a budget gaming pc to play games at mid-high the more importantly to learn how to build and overclock, i would like everyone to focus more on the part i can reuse in the future as this system is going to be a learning curve for me thank you.
I see you are going for AM3+ motherboards which is setting you up for future upgrades but the ones you chose have chipsets that are lacking. I would recommend you try and get an 800 series chipset preferably one with Sata 6gb/s and usb 3.0 as these will also future proof you system a little more. I like the selections you have for psu, gpu, case. So no differing opinions there. Notice you don't have a HDD listed in your parts selection, I am going to assume you already have one? Hope any of this helps and good luck.
Either of the motherboards ps3Hacker recommend are much better chipsets and will be more "futureproof" but as I don't know prices in Dubai these could be considerably more expensive to you. Besides local shop where else could you get parts from in Dubai? Such as online?
