Memory Useage gone up ?

So I have been noticing that after my custom build has warmed up and running more than 10 min that I am using massive amounts of memory. How can I figure out what programs are using what and how much ? I have Windows 7 Ultimate with 8gb of memory. Three hddr (one 1tg and two 2tg drives). Normally I am using around 2 to 2.5gb but lately it is anything between 4.5 to 6.5 and I have no clue as to what is going on. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thx in advance.

use task manager to see what services are eating up on your ram

I have done that and it does not add up correctly. There seems to be something hidden that is using it ?

OK I figured it out. It was a hidden program called "widgi toolbar" made by "Spigot". I used "Malwarebytes" here http://www.malwarebytes.org/ and "SUPERAntiSpyware" here http://www.superantispyware.com/ and also a program called "rkill". I am back running at 2.5 to 3 Gb .
