1. I won't be gaming a lot and even when I do the most intense it will get is Sims 3 but, I still want it to look good when I do.

2. Right now I'm using a 10+ year old computer and its starting to have trouble streaming Youtube and such.

3. I have some parts picked out but, I'm not sure on others.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

CPU: Intel i3 2100 - $125

GPU: If Sims 3 is as intense as it gets, will the integrated graphics do?

PSU: Since I don't know about the GPU I'm unsure how big of a PSU I need

MOBO: Here's a few, let me know what you think;

ASUS P8H67-M LE (REV 3.0) LGA 1155 Intel H67 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard - $105

GIGABYTE GA-H67M-D2-B3 LGA 1155 Intel H67 SATA 6Gb/s Micro ATX Intel Motherboard - $90

RAM: Will 2Gb be enough?

CORSAIR XMS3 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model TW3X2G1333C9A G - $30

Case: Unsure right now

Hard Drvie: What would you recommend? I'm okay with a 250gb tho, no higher than 500gb is needed (unless its the same price).

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit English 1-Pack - OEM - $100

Help is needed :)  Thanks in advance.

Few suggestions: CPU- i3 2105 if its availible, why? The 2105 has Intel HD3000 graphics versus the 2100's Intel HD2000 graphics http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
RAM- 4Gb kits can be had for $40 and would be a worthwhile upgrade http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
Case- NZXT Gamma $35 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
or look for a case with at least two fans if you don't like this one
