Yes you could probably run it.
BUT no one here would suggest running it. It is of crap quality and could fry your whole system next week, next month or next year.
That is why we suggest better power supplys.
It is better to spend more now and get a good P/S than have to replace whatever the power supply destroys WHEN (not IF) it dies.
