# of displays supported by this card

Just as a quick question how many displays are supported by this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814500187 card?

I have never delt with the cards that have 3 different connectors on them before.

It might seem like a dumb question but its the cheapest card that could potentially support 4 monitors. Also will a passive displayport to dvi work to make the DP hook up to the dvi on my monitor, or will I need an active adapter?

I do need support for 4 monitors too.

No. All Nvidia cards support 2 monitors only. The easiest way to do 4 monitors is to use 2 cards. Either AMD or Nvidia will be fine. You can get a 6 series AMD card and use a DP hub to do four monitors if you can only run one card.
